The Perfect Base Coat!
Highly Concentrated and Quick Drying.
Designed to promote adhesion between the substrate and top coat.
This product is a Polyurethane / Acrylic Hybrid and is compatible with both Acrylic and Polyurethane Top Coats. Ideal as a Base Coat on substrates prior to WaterCote application. Suitable for most interior surfaces.
Clear BaseCote Primer is ideal for sealing your mixed media artwork, such as Acrylic Pours, Glitters and Fabrics, prior to WaterCote Application.

Surface preparation :
Thoroughly wash with soap & warm water, dry, and sand. Remove loose dust, wipe clean with an alcohol/acetone.
Application :
For best adhesion, apply the BaseCote Paint Primer immediately after cleaning.
Apply in thin coats by brush or roller.
Touch dry within 30mins
Handle dry within 2hrs
